It’s a special episode because I’m speaking to 5 incredible untamed women who will set you on fire…
These are 5 of my clients who worked with me during the You, On Fire (formerly Rock Your Body) program and they are here to show you that it is possible to go from obsessing over food and hating your body, to no longer fretting about your reflection and having so much more confidence in who you are outside of how you look.
You, On Fire is open for enrollment for the Fall 2017 cycle. Go here to get all the details and enroll>>

In this episode, you’ll meet:
Lauren, Canada (currently in Australia):
Lauren was teaching young girls and talking to them about body acceptance and realized she didn’t feel that way for herself.
She thought, “I’m putting so much time and energy into this and I’m capable of so much more. There is so much more to life.” That’s when she knew it was time to do something about it.
Today she says, “I’m on the path to feeling so much more liberated in my body and with myself. I don’t really care what people think anymore. If I want to wear or do something, I do it. I’m just learning how to be more neutral and comfortable in my body.
I have a complete feeling of liberation. I feel I can be more authentic and genuine to others and myself. This was life-changing for me.”

Evelien, Netherlands:
Evelien had a night where she spent 30 minutes thinking about whether she should or shouldn’t eat ice cream and that’s when she knew how much of her life this was consuming.
She was so afraid of what would happen if she loosened the reigns and didn’t believe it was possible to trust herself. But, she took the leap because she knew she couldn’t keep letting the size of her body dictate her life.
Today, she feels, “fucking great.”
She says, “I’m so thankful that I get to listen to myself, to what I want to do and to what I want to add to this world, without being distracted with my body or food. I feel good in my body and I’m not afraid anymore.”

Laurie, UK:
There was a moment when Laurie looked at her son and thought, “he is a miracle and I love him so much regardless of how he looks or what he achieves.”
She thought, if I can feel that way about him, we all deserve to feel this way about ourselves and that’s when she decided to make a change.
Today she says, “It feels like I’m unstoppable and that I’m on a journey where there are limitless possibilities of what I can do for my life. Nothing can hold me back. I’m going to have my opinion, speak my truth and I’m OK if people don’t like me.
Do the program. You will get so much more out of it than you could ever dream of. At the very least, you’re going to feel better in your body, but I strongly think you’re going to get more out of it and it will change your life.”

Michelle, US:
Michelle had done a lot of work around food and to be present in her life, but felt like there was “still a wall” because she was putting conditions around when she could live her life.
She thought, “that if only my body changed, then everything else would fall into place.” She wanted to break free of these conditions to live more fully in her life.
Today she says, “I’m so grateful I took the plunge. Everything I put into it, I got exponentially more back. I feel a lot of gratitude. It’s amazing to me how much transformation there was in such a short time.
That’s the part that surprises me so much – how much change their was in the way I see myself, the way I see the world and the way I’m living, in a short period of time. My life is still very messy, in a good way and there are all kinds of the regular ups and downs, and it is what it is. It’s not about how I look. It’s not about my body. There is a lot of freedom in that.”

Whitney, US:
Whitney had finished treatment for an eating disorder and was several months recovered, however she was still feeling uncomfortable in her body, was afraid of gaining weight and spending a lot of mental energy on the way she looked.
She speaks candidly about some of the ups and downs of her process and how it wasn’t an instant gratification process.
She is doing so well now and recently posted in our FB group that… “Just letting everyone know that I’m doing fucking fabulous and have been out living my life! Yeah!!”
Today she says, “A couple months went by and I realized I hadn’t thought about my body in a negative way in a long time. All the little building blocks added up to a huge shift for me.
I’m in a really positive body neutral spot right now. I can go out the door and feel confident in who I am and I’m just happy with the person I am today. I feel good about who I am and what I bring to the table, which has nothing to do with the way I look. It’s totally worth it and nothing bad can come out of this!”
